Then Temple Jeremiah has the class for you! Our popular teacher
Miriam Hirsch is the instructor for this program. Learn Hebrew
in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Classes begin September 14 and
run concurrently with the school year. Look for your flyer
to sign up.
If you already read Hebrew, then learn about the prayers
which are recited at services, their origins, how to chant
them, what they mean and other fascinating information.

1. Beginning Hebrew (Learn to Read - No prior Hebrew knowledge
needed)
9:00 - 9:55 am
Perfect for the novice, this class guides students through
the Aleph-Bet and quickly moves to prayer reading.
2. Hebrew Through Prayer *
10:00 - 10:55 am
Master your prayer and Torah reading skills as you gain
a better understanding of our worship services.
3. Beginning Conversational Hebrew *
11:00 - 11:55 am
Learn to speak modern-day Hebrew.
* Basic Hebrew reading skills required
