Dating back to the 11th century, this area is experiencing
a reawakening with construction of new synagogues and renovation
of old buildings.
Trebich
This industrial, administrative, political and entertainment
metropolis dates back to the 12th century. It houses the most
extensive Jewish Quarter in the Czech Republic.
Trebich Synagogue
Altneushul
One of Europe's oldest active synagogues, this synagogue,
completed in 1270, is one of Prague's original gothic buildings.
