"The 'Golden Years' - Preparing Personalized Care
for You, Your Parents & Your Family"
As we or those we love age, questions arise over how
best to assure the “Golden Years” truly
are filled with independence and love.
This program discussed how a team of licensed Geriatric
Care Managers, either social workers or nurses, who
specialize in eldercare, can work to provide a complete
range of professional services, from a one-time housing
options meeting to ongoing weekly, monthly or even daily
contact. Strategies were presented to help assure those
“Golden Years” are less stressful for everyone. |
